Villas and villas with pools for sale in south of France
Construction -
quality built in
Roof builds and joins such as
this requires high standards of craftsmanship
All
our villas are built in the traditional manner
using the skills of local craftsmen. We build
with pride and make sure every feature of the
property is built with quality in mind.
When you are looking at property with a view to
buy, look under the surface. Look at all aspects,
not just those that are easy to see. The roof
for example. We craft each part of the genoise
at the roof ends to ensure traditional quality
and long life.
It’s this application of quality craftsmanship
– even in normally unseen places, that has
earned our company such a high reputation in the
region.
We use artisan
random coloured roof tiles, not normal
plain red or brown you see on other
villa roofs. Our roof trusses are individually
made – not bought in thin factory
made trusses.
We ensure
all wall joints are well sealed and
protected against the elements. It doesn't
rain so often in the south of France,
but when it does, it pours and you need
good sealant protection.
All our
under floor heating systems and insulation
conform to the high standards of Eléctricté
de France (EDF) Vivrélec schemes,
and Qualite Thermique Insolation.
Our villa
interiors are perfectly designed and
built by artisan craftsmen.
Built
by Craftsmen
After the foundations the roof is probably
the most important element in your new villa.
All our roofs are crafted by artisans –
we use custom made beams and roof trusses,
not factory supplied units. We also use artisan
roof tiles - random coloured, not normal plain
red or brown.
For the finishing touch we give craft-made
traditional style Genoise - the tiles
needed at the gutter end of roofs.
As you look at other villas you may consider
buying, look at the Genoise and count.
Only one range of tiles? This is usually
a good indication of the quality of workmanship
of the rest of the villa.
